According to the Digital Economy Promotion Agency (DEPA), demand for 'property + tour' packages has dropped by 78% since 2013. Instead, interest is growing in online viewings, legal safety, and LTR status.
Why Are Travel Agencies No Longer Needed?

What Remains of the Old Model?
The idea of comprehensive service remains, but implemented differently:
- Not a travel agency, but a platform: instead of 'flight + hotel + viewing' — an online office with documents;
- Not a logo in 'Partners', but API integration: instant data exchange;
- Not phone/email — but a Telegram bot: response in 10 seconds;
- Not a one-time visit — but long-term living: LTR, schools, healthcare, integration.
Outlook 2025–2030
Expected:
- Development of blockchain-based smart contracts for real estate;
- Introduction of NFT ownership certificates;
- Global recognition of Thailand’s digital transaction system as one of the world’s most secure;
- Growth in foreign residents (LTR) choosing Thailand as home.
