In 2025, Thailand enhances tourist safety: 30+ help centers, Tourist Police App, Russian support. TAT & TPB data.

In 2025, Thailand has significantly expanded its tourist assistance and protection system, responding to growing visitor numbers and modern tourism challenges. While in 2012 only 7 help centers were planned, today there are over 30 across the country, with support available not only in airports but also in key tourist zones.

According to the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) and the Tourist Police Bureau (TPB), nearly 30 million tourists visited Thailand in 2024, including over 950,000 Russians. To ensure their safety, advanced digital and physical support systems have been launched.
